Handler/Processor Applicants

OEFFA Certification certifies a wide range of organic handling and processing operations. From retail product manufacturers to grain handlers, produce packers to importers, we can be your certification partner.

We offer handling certification services to handlers located in our service region (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin). Depending on administrative capacity, OEFFA Certification may also accept applications for certification from handlers outside of our service region, but in the contiguous United States. If this applies to you, contact us to see if we are currently accepting handler applications from outside the service region.

Please note, we currently are not accepting any new body care product or vitamin supplement handlers.

Deadlines:

We accept new applicants at any time. You are required to renew annually and the Certification staff will send out a notice before your renewal application is due.
